HOW DO YOU MEASURE KINDNESS… I was walking downtown with a couple of friends and we noticed these white parking meters that stood in the middle of the street in the Byward Market. One was right on Byward and the other was at Byward and York.

This is a great idea – I’m impressed with this city. These parking meter look-alikes are for donations to the street people of Ottawa. What an amazing program. Next time your out and about in the market, make sure you drop some change into there!!!
